• Fraud & Scams: Deceive, defraud, or mislead other users
• Counterfeit Items: List or sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained goods
• Misleading Listings: Provide false descriptions, fake photos, or misrepresent item condition
• Harassment: Threaten, abuse, or harass other users
• Spam: Send unsolicited messages or promotional content
• Bots & Automation: Use automated scripts to artificially inflate engagement or bypass security
• Intellectual Property Violations: Use copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Prohibited Items: List weapons, hazardous materials, or items illegal in your jurisdiction

2. Transaction Abuse

You may not:

• Create fake transactions or use Wigsy to launder money
• Circumvent payment systems or dispute processes
• Engage in price fixing or collusion with other users
• Use services like Wigsy to complete transactions outside of the platform

3. Account Abuse

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to evade suspensions
• Access other users' accounts without permission
• Share login credentials or account access
• Impersonate other users or businesses

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Wigsy enforces this policy through immediate action:

• Listing Removal: Prohibited listings are removed without notice
• Account Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for any violation
• Account Termination: Repeat offenders face permanent termination
• Payout Withholding: Funds may be withheld or forfeited
• Legal Action: Serious violations may be reported to authorities

5. No Prior Warning Required

Wigsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice. You are not entitled to prior warning, appeal, or explanation.

6. User Reporting

If you observe violations, use the "Report" button on listings or user profiles. Wigsy will investigate and take action.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Wigsy will cooperate fully with law enforcement, including providing user information and transaction records when legally required.

8. Limitations & Disclaimers

Wigsy is not responsible for enforcing this policy perfectly. Some prohibited content may not be detected immediately. Use of such content does not grant users any rights or claims against Wigsy.
